General Questions

What services do you provide?

We offer professional bartending services, including setup, service, and cleanup. Our licensed and insured bartenders ensure top-quality service for your event. We also provide all necessary bar tools and equipment for a seamless experience.

Do you provide the alcohol?

We operate as a dry hire service, meaning we provide everything except the alcohol. We’ll give you a detailed shopping list of exactly what to buy to suit your event.

Can I have a cash bar at my event?

Unfortunately, Washington state law requires us to operate as a dry hire only. We cannot provide a cash bar, as guests must not pay for alcohol directly.

What types of events do you cater to?

We specialize in all types of events, including weddings, corporate functions, private parties, holiday celebrations, birthdays, and more!

Do you provide bar setups or equipment?

Yes! We provide everything listed in our packages, and additional add-ons are available. We also offer a 6ft wooden bar 

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured to provide services in Washington and Oregon.

Pricing and Booking

How much do your services cost?

Pricing varies depending on the package selected, guest count, and additional services. Contact us for a complimentary quote!

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons, to secure your desired date.

Event-Specific Questions

Can you create a custom cocktail menu?

Absolutely! We can craft a custom cocktail menu based on your preferences. Clients can either suggest their own ideas or fill out our form to help us create the perfect drinks for your event.

How many bartenders will I need for my event?

Bartender requirements vary based on the guest count. Generally, we recommend one bartender per 80 guests, but we’ll adjust based on your needs.

Do you offer non-alcoholic drink options?

Yes! Non-alcoholic options, such as mocktails and juices, are available as add-ons.

Setup and Logistics

What do you need from the venue?

We need a designated 8x10 area for setup. No outlet is required. We’ll bring everything necessary for a smooth setup and service.

How early do you arrive to set up?

We typically arrive 1-2 hours before the event starts to ensure everything is ready for service.

What happens if the event runs longer than planned?

If your event runs longer than expected, additional service time can be arranged, but must be requested at least 7 days before the event.

Policies

What is your cancellation policy?

The booking fee is non-refundable. If you cancel within 30 days of your event, you will forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after 30 days, you will be required to pay 50% of the remaining balance, as stated in our contract.

Do you refuse service to guests?

We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest or potential customer for safety or legal reasons, including intoxication or underage drinking.

Can you accommodate special requests, like themed events?

Absolutely! We offer themed bar setups as part of our rentals. Let us know your vision, and we’ll help bring it to life.
